Level II Structured Living

A monitored recovery residence with daily structure, peer accountability, and connections to community services — not a treatment facility.

Monitored Environment

On-site house management with regular accountability checks, drug testing, and structured expectations for every resident.

Up to 10 Residents Per Home

Intentionally small homes — big enough for peer community, small enough for individual accountability and genuine connection.

Gender-Separated Housing

Separate homes for men and women to create a safe, focused, and comfortable recovery environment for all residents.

Daily Structure & Expectations

Curfews, chores, employment requirements, meeting attendance, and house rules — structure that supports long-term sobriety.

Drug & Alcohol Testing

Random and scheduled testing maintains a safe, substance-free environment that protects every resident's recovery.

Community Connections

We connect residents to outpatient treatment, employment services, legal aid, peer support, and other community resources.

Able to pay program fees or have approved funding

No active behaviors that endanger other residents
Not required to register as a lifetime sex offender

What is a Level II recovery residence?

A Level II recovery residence is a monitored sober living home with a house manager on site, regular drug testing, structured rules, and accountability systems — more structure than Level I peer-run homes.

Is this the same as a treatment center?

No. Elevated Hope Homes is a recovery residence, not a treatment facility. We do not provide clinical treatment, therapy, medical care, or detox services. Residents continue with their existing outpatient providers.

Can I live here if I am on Suboxone or Methadone?

Yes. We are MAT-friendly and accept residents on Suboxone, Methadone, and Vivitrol with valid prescriptions. All medications must be stored securely per our house medication policy.

Do you accept veterans?

Absolutely. We proudly welcome veterans and accept HUD-VASH vouchers. We are also connected to the Wilmington VA Medical Center and working toward VA Grant & Per Diem certification.

Do you accept returning citizens on probation or parole?

Yes. We work with probation and parole officers to ensure our housing meets all supervision requirements. We can provide documentation and maintain communication with your supervision officer.

How long can I stay?

There is no fixed time limit. Residents may stay as long as they remain in good standing. The goal is stability — we want you to leave when you're ready, not before.

What are the fees?

Program fees vary. We accept self-pay, HUD-VASH vouchers, DSAMH referrals, and other approved funding sources. Call us at (302) 667-5767 to discuss your specific situation.

What is required to live here?

Residents must remain substance-free, comply with house rules, participate in drug testing, maintain employment or active job searching, attend house meetings, and follow all curfew and household expectations.
